Over Nutrition

Definition : Over nutrition is defined as the over consumption of nutrients and food to the point at which health is adversely affected 

Over nutrition can develop into obesity, which increases the risk of serious health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, hypertension, cancer, and type-2 diabetes.

Until recently, over nutrition had been viewed as a problem that only affected developed nations like USA, UK Japan and many more. However, over nutrition is a growing problem worldwide.  Over-nutrition is another form of malnutrition. It is when the body gets so much nutrition that is does not work properly.

Over-nutrition results from eating too much, eating too many of the wrong things, not exercising enough, or taking too many vitamins or other dietary replacements.

Over-nutrition can lead to many chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Chronic diseases last for a long time. Some cannot be cured. They can only be managed.
